Khalid AIAseeri is A&B's Founder and Managing Partner. Khalid has over 20 years of experience working within various industries and in some of the most prominent organizations in their field, both locally and internationally.

His past roles include General Counsel at Almarai, the largest food and beverage company in the region, General Counsel at Qiddiya Investment Company, one of the Saudi Public Investment Fund’s Gigaprojects, as well as General Counsel at Adaa, a Saudi Governmental entity. Khalid has also worked with multinationals such as Bechtel, one of the top Construction Management companies in the world, and of course, Saudi Aramco. Most recently, Khalid was the Privatization Legal and Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs Privatization Center.

Khalid's legal expertise covers corporate and commercial, privatization, real estate, regulatory, corporate governance, and local and international legal compliance.

Khalid enjoys a reputation for building great teams as recognized by the Legal 500 GC Powerlist in 2018 when they ranked Almarai's newly formed legal department among the best legal teams in the Middle East.

Khalid also has an extensive history of working on large scale mega projects in various roles: Shaybah LNG Expansion Project as Finance Lead; Riyadh Metro Project as Project Compliance Head; the Almarai solar farm project, the first private solar farm of its kind in Saudi Arabia; and Qiddiya Gigaproject as General Counsel.

Khalid also had the privilege of being the first Saudi member of the Association of Corporate Counsel's Board of directors in its Middle East Chapter.

Khalid is a native Arabic and English speaker.

Abdulaziz has been practicing law for over ten years both in private practice and in-house.

During his time in private practice, Abdulaziz engaged in numerous high-profile litigation matters in the Kingdom’s commercial, administrative and general courts. A number of these cases acted as precedents. His arguments have led to established interpretations of cybercrime law and certain media laws.

As in-house counsel, Abdulaziz’s experience ranges from working with Power and Water giant, AcwaPower to taking on the role of General Counsel at the National Center for Performance Measurement and advisor to DARP,  a Vision 2030 program..

Abdulaziz’s client base includes family offices, real estate companies, government entities such as the Ministry of Culture, the Royal Commission for AlUla and DARP. Abdulaziz’s most recent role was as General Counsel for one of the Public Investment Fund’s Real Estate / Tourism Start-ups

Abdulaziz’s practice includes Venture Capital and Equity Finaning, Regulation, Corporate and Commercial among other areas.
